Alberta born and raised, Connie grew up in a business family and went on to own and operate several of her own. This real-life experience makes Connie’s perspective unique and has been a benefit to hundreds of business owners and bookkeepers since she started this industry in 1997. She has been consulting, training and advising in the use and application of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage since then and through this also built a thriving bookkeeping service.
Connie has been a member of CPB Canada since 2007 and achieved her CPB designation in 2009. Connie has played an active role in the Edmonton community as the Regional Network Chair. She believes that both the business and bookkeeping industries need, and benefit from, a strong organization such as CPB Canada, that is setting the standard for bookkeepers today and in the future.
Connie thrives on a work life balance and spends her leisure time hiking or riding her motorcycle. She is an active Road Captain that organizes and leads group rides. Everyone needs more to life and her goal is to help her clients also find the time to do the things they love outside of running their business.
